The concept of what we do at Fred and Jeans is simple.
We buy commercial and residential property with the end user in mind, whether this be a tenant, business or home owner, they all have individual needs.
We add value to our property in many different ways from refurbishment to changing how it is used. It all adds value.
We mainly keep our purchases and add them to our already profitable portfolio. Sometimes we will sell our properties if thats where the best value is to be found.
