In it for the money

For some it's very simple, they like the fact that our investment package is a simple, transparent way to earn a set amount per month off the savings that just are not working hard for them where they are. It's that simple.

Earn as you learn

As it can be a little daunting starting investing in property some of our investors have decided to earn money as they learn about property. This way they get first hand experience of a refurbishment, get to understand the process and have regular calls to support their journey, all at the same time as earning money.

Splitting the risk

Our savvy investors split their money over different investments and rates. As such, we become part of their investment portfolio. We have found these investors like the high rate to low risk ratio we offer on top of a very transparent process.

OUR PROCESS

Initial consultation

This is to discuss the investment opportunity where we will provide you with all the information you need. It’s very important the investor understands the nuts and bolts of what we offer and is in a position to invest. To be in a position to invest there are certain legal criteria that must be met.

Agreed package

After the initial meeting we have follow up meetings to ensure all your questions are answered. A contract is drawn up and fully agreed before we set a date for the transfer of capital.

During your investment

You will receive updates and progress reports quarterly and the opportunity to visit our projects from start to finish.

The Return

Your capital investment is returned at the end of the agreed time scale. The interest on your capital can be transferred to you per month or at the end of the investment term, whatever is best for your circumstances.

Time scale

We offer investment opportunities for a fixed time scale of 1, 2 or 3 years investment.

The safety of your investment

Your capital and the return you will receive are both protected by the legal agreement that both parties sign, which is subject to English Law. You receive your original capital back in full, plus the agreed return on the capital. Every investment carries an element of risk, however as the company and the director own assets, it is a firm contractual obligation for the repayment.
